Who We Are
Sumerdam Sp. z o.o. has operated since February 2020. Drawing on experience gained in Europe’s leading super-yacht shipyards, we develop and build our own line of high-quality aluminum motorboats for leisure use.

Welding Expertise & Certifications
We invest in experienced craftsmen, because aluminum welding demands precision and process control.
- Qualified welding technologies: per EN 15614-2 (various aluminum groups).
- Certified welders: per ISO 9606-2.
- Supervision & NDT: competent staff certified for VT (Visual Testing) and PT (Penetrant Testing); oversight by an International Welding Engineer (IWE).
- WPS / WPQR: we work strictly to WPS (Welding Procedure Specification) based on approved WPQR, ensuring repeatable quality and standards compliance.
Coatings & Quality Assurance
- Documented leak-tightness inspection by penetrant testing with VT reports.
- Paint systems inspected and accepted by a FROSIO-certified inspector.
